The COVID-19 pandemic has affected every one of us, and that includes your cosmetic dentist. We appreciate our patients’ understanding and trust as we adapted to these unprecedented working conditions. When we opened our doors after the shutdown, we were delighted to see your masked faces!
As we enter 2021, we will continue our Heightened Safety and Convenience Protocol until we see virus levels drop down to a place where we feel safe in amending our procedures.
These protocols include the following safety features:
For those of you who have already gone through procedures with these measures, we appreciate your glowing reviews. We have heard from many of you that we are the safest office of any doctor you have visited since the start of the pandemic. Thank you! We are proud of our track record of keeping our patients and staff safe, and our goal is to maintain that perfect record throughout the duration of the pandemic.
Because the pandemic has made it harder to interact with our patients face to face, Rifkin Raanan has expanded our digital and virtual offerings. We are still connected to our patients on social media, responding to your DMs and your questions via our IG live broadcasts.
We also offer virtual consultations and try to assess as much as we can about your condition before you come to the office. All of the paperwork and medical background information we usually collect in-house has now been digitized. By the time your in-office appointment arrives, all you have to do is show up and walk to your chair!
Following us on social media will also help you stay up to date on the groundbreaking programs and developments that we will be announcing this year! Overcoming the challenges of the pandemic together has been a steep mountain to climb, but thanks to your patience and cooperation, we have been able to make our practice better and safer together.
If you are considering a procedure with us but are concerned about coronavirus safety, we understand your hesitation. It has been a difficult time. Many of us have lost loved ones or seen them grow ill and struggle through lengthy recoveries. We feel for you and for them.
We also know that dental problems don’t go away just because there is a pandemic. In fact, untreated problems tend to grow worse over time. That is why we believe it is our duty to be here for you when you are ready and to make sure our offices and staff are prepared to treat you while maintaining your safety as our top priority.
We promise you that we will do everything in our power to ensure a safe environment for your dental procedures, just as we always have and always will. We look forward to seeing you.
